  •  That is why the show is at its core (none)
    anti-war.  Iraq has been sanitized for TV, whereas Vietnam was not.  The press is allowed to show the cleaned up aftermaths of car bombs that kill Iraqis but we never are shown the dead and American footage as were fed nightly during Vietnam.

    If the show gains a large audience (hard for FX), then it might have a real impact.

      will be provided by this show. And no fucking way is it worth it. That's why this show should remain apolitical. It's gonna be political enough just for existing.
