    As well as feints at doing something to overthrow Iran's fundamentalist government are simply government attempts at hedging bets against an anti Western Turn over government in Saudi Arabia. Either the Saudi Government revert to an even more extremely conservative Islamic Government, or they risk being overthrown by Taliban style government. Given that the Saudi Government as it has existed since the end of WWII can hardly be described in any way shape or form as ever having seen a hint of liberalism, we are hardly likely to see some sort of liberalization in Saudi Arabia, and more likely to see something that will be maore acceptable to the vast number of Saudis who want westerners out of their country.
