    The Constitution does not "give" us rights; it describes the rights we give up in order to form the government. So asking where the Constitution gives us the right to privacy is the wrong question. The right question is: Where in the Constitution did we give it up?

      It's the only sensible thing I ever heard him say, and he ruined it in the second half of the sentence. His statement that we don't get our rights from the Constitution may be why he's not going to the Supreme Court this time.
