  •  Sorry (none)
It is extremist in the true sense of the word - extreme to the point of nonexistent in SCOTUS Constitutional jurisprudence.

Their view MAY be correct, I think it is not, but it IS extreme.

    It decidedly is NOT neutral.

    The SCOTUS is Extraordinary.

    •  That's ridiculous (none)
      a) Correct view is "extereme"?
      b) Extreme is not what you happen to disagree with
      c) Word of SCOTUS is not the word of G-d.  they are wrong as often as they are right,
      d) The view that Roe was wrongly decided is just as prevalent in teh judiciary as the opposite view.  If it was "extreme" Roe wouldn't enjoy just a 5-4 (or 6-3 depending on how you count) majority on the Court.
      •  You're ridiculous (none)
Out of the mainstream = extreme.

        Extreme can be correct.

        How ridiculous of you.

        •  Anti-Roe is not out of the mainstream (none)
As evidenced by the very large number of judges and lawyers who disagree with Roe.

Who made you the definer of "mainstream."

          •  A belief that... (none)
abortion is not a constitutional right is not extreme. The belief that our rights are limited to exactly what is written in the constitution and nothing more is extreme.

The Constitution does not give us rights it protects our rights and protects us from the excesses of the state and whims of the people.

            •  Our rights are not so limited (none)
That is not what the originalists argue.  All tehy argue is that if you want additional rights you have to fight for them in the political arena and not "discover" them in teh "penumbras and emanations."
