    says what it says.

It is a fine bit of jurisprudence.

What your objection is I can't say.

    •  It's not my objection (none)
(though i have plenty).  It's Blackmun's.  And Stevens who objected to relaxing the burdens Roe put on the government.
      •  I know all that (none)
        what's your point?

        •  My point is that (none)
even with changing facts some are unwilling to reevaluate their approach to constitutional law as you suggested.  (See Stevens, Blackmun)

can change I suppose, but facts provide new cases.

Take Roe. It overrules no cases. It logically follows as a result, Griswold.

So, you know what, I just realized, you don't understand the common law very well. Perhaps that is the heart of your problem.

You treat judicial decisions like math problems. Not how it works.

Perhaps I am smearing you by thinking you asre a GOPer. Maybe you just don't understand hopw it works.

Whelan does and he is spinning. You may not understand how decisions are arived at.

OR you could be a troll AND not get it.

            •  I understand perfectly well (none)
I disagree that Griswold is a right result and as a consequence do not think Roe is right.

I also question that Roe is an obvious extention of Griswold because of the problems outlined above.
