    I can't imagine why the public would be any better suited to determine the indeterminable. Until we have an agreed upon methodology to identify the start of personhood then the full rights and benefits of the established person (the woman) should prevail.  

    I'd be ok to wait and see what time/science offers up in the defintion of personhood and then address it constitutionally, depending.   But until then I don't need any legislative body -- federal OR state -- trying to insert itself into my most private matters.

    If you think abortion is wrong then don't have one.

    I'm not sayin'... I'm just sayin'.
