  •  God bless you, Cindy!!! (none)
You speak far louder and more heartfelt than any of us against this war-based-on-lies who DIDN'T lose a son, daughter, brother or sister could!

I don't just applaud your efforts to meet with Dub, I thank God for them. You stand for everyone directly involved in this war, in any way, and all those of us who aren't, but who care about those who are, and know someone who is. When my eldest cousin was killed in Viet Nam in 1970, my aunt and my mother wanted to know why--but felt helpless not being in a position to find a way to show how useless they thought that war was, given they lived in places where, at the time, doing so was considered "un-American".

Ironically, today, even in the places where they lived--North Carolina (where I still live) and Colorado--it's not only considered "acceptable" to show opposition to the war in Iraq, it will provoke a sympathetic reaction from a large cross-section of the populace. I know my mother and aunt are looking down and proud of you for your determination to tell Dub the truth, even if he won't tell the truth to you. I know a lot of people who'd like to pop Bill O'Reilly in the nose for what he said about you, but most of them find it better to speak in support of you, and th guts you are showing by your quest. Thank you Cindy, for standing up for your son, and for fighting for what's right. You are the true "patriotic American"!
