  •  Judith Miller: ready to crack? (4.00)
I recently stated, based on what clearly seem to leaks coming from Miller's legal team, that she is not finding gaol to her liking. See this. Murray Waas' piece has made it very clear. The schizy CNN today tells us that one of her guys, Abrams, is gonna appear on CNN on Monday. Now, some of you may have the idea that CNN goes around calling people to be on their shows and Abrams just happened to be the next name up on the list of 5,000 celebrities. If you are one of those people, land in Florida, etc...

Seriously, people go on tv to tout their new books, their new movies, or, in this case, their client's feeble case.

Abrams/Bennett has tried a few leaks to put the pressure on Scooter Libby. Hasn't worked, although Armando is on board.

so now we have the Judith Miller surrogate lollapalooza tour. What is Abrams gonna say? Well, he isn't gonna turn around and go the other way, that's for sure: HE IS GONNA BEAT LIBBY LIKE A RENTED MULE, using the stuff he leaked anonymously in the last two weeks. His theory is that he can get Bush to make Libby give Miller a specific waiver. CLEARLY MILLER WILL TAKE IT, EVEN IF IT IS COERCED. Otherwise, why the campaign to put pressure on Libby?  Waas' piece reiterated that Libby has not given the specific waiver. Why else would that be so important to Miller if she were gonna refuse to take it as freely given?

As one Kossack put it recently, they are eating each other. Judy, Libby, it's all coming down...Don't miss Abrams on CNN monday afternoon, bring yer popcorn.

    •  Judith Miller is deeper in this (4.00)
Judith miller has more to worry about than some conversations with Cooper

the underlying basis of the war is what Judith Miller is hiding from Fitz

Judith Miller ties the DSM into the whole equation

I believe that there is NO Chance that she will crack before an indictment is issued

Judith miller exposes too many layers for bush to allow her to talk

      •  Miller is a neo Con agent (4.00)
She was operating under cover as NYT "reporter". She will not testify unless the scope is so narrow, maybe a specific conversation with Scooter.

Whereas she should be Abu Ghraib'ed to get the whole deal behind how they neo conned the people to war.

Hiding behind "reporter's confidentiality" is just another ruse that should not be bought.

or some other family member of the fallen could sue on the grounds of unlawfull death.  They could name the administration and all of the media players as defendants. If it was in civil court the burden of proof would be lower and discovery would be very enlightling.

My bad anology for this war is: If you sent 10 firemen into a burning  building telling them that they were saving children and they died and their chief knowingly lied to them that they were going into the fire to save children but really he knew they were just going into save, let's say silverware, it would change the families abilty to be OK with their loss.

My opinion, Iraq was just for silverware.

It doesn't dishonor the firemen, it only dishonors the chief(Bush) and the guy with the silverware (Cheney/media/ect). The firemen/soldiers families should fight back.

I'm guessing that being a soldier, you wave a lot of these rights... but who knows. It would make for big TV.

Randi Rhodes  called Miller a "made woman" with BushCo. If you look at this like a mafia set-up, she can't crack. Her choices are either be made or be killed (ruined, exiled, etc.)

Go Fitz! The future of the country is resting on your skills!
