      and I am glad that it only seemed so after all. Still, it remains to be seen how hard the dems fight to get these proposals turned into reality.

      I know that with a repub majority,  even if they go pit bull 24/7 on this they still may not (probably won't?) be successful, but I want to see how hard they try.

        In this case, because of the justness of the cause and the possibility of exposing the impoverished ideology of the Repubs for dealing with such a massive catastrophe, I suspect they will fight very hard.
