    OCU Law school was NOT unaccredited (or at least, nobody has claimed that it was) when Brown attended it.  

    The piece quoted in the post says that it was not an AALS member (though it is now).

    The most important accrediting body for law schools is the ABA.  AFAIK, OCU Law was accredited by the ABA, even in 1981.
