  •  Murrow (4.00)
I'm assuming Murrow used to say Good night and good luck. ?  Struck me because that is what Olbermann says.

    Keep yer knees loose.

    •  Olbermann....sigh (4.00)
Cheers to Olbermann...never before have I had erotic dreams incorporating anchor desks.

Cheers to Victor Navasky's Naming Names an excellent book on the McCarthy hearings.

Cheers to Bush's Flop-Sweat advisors for missing his stanky armpits with the spray bottle and screwing up their "hard work" photo op.

Jeers to those of us not going to various websites like the Louisiana politics board and trying to mitigate the ongoing Blanco/Nagin smear campaign.

Jeers to CNN for dropping the ball when the Key West, FL official stated only 25-30 percent of the city ever evacuates when hurricanes come. That would've made a great contrast story to New Orleans 80 percent success rate.

"Bush should've hired Fed-Ex. They know when it has to be there overnight."

      •  You should go up thread (4.00)
and meet Byron who is having sexy thoughts about Rita Cosby. Frankly, I'll take Keith myself. He's honest enough to answer the age long question, "does this outfit make my butt look big?"
    •  Yep. His sign-off phrase. (4.00)

Watch the trailer and see how David Strathairn nails him (and uses that phrase).  It's amazing.

And kudos to Olbermann for cribbing from the best.

      •  David Strathairn is in it? (4.00)
Well, why didn't you say so?

The more the world sees of the wonderful actors from all those John Sayles movies, the better.  (David Strathairn, Chris Cooper, Joe Morton, etc.)
