My fave is a female friend who used to love the AC/DC classic "Dirty Jeans Under a Jeep".

Cheers to Dave Freaking Barry -- may he live to be 1000.  Dave (IMHO the funniest goofball ever to put words on paper) ran a reader submission contest years ago called the Bad Song Survey in which he asked readers to send in lists of songs they absolutely hated.  He wrote a few columns about it and, when the responses still kept pouring in, he compiled the results into a pants-wettingly, hernia-inducingly hilarious book called "Dave Barry's Book of Bad Songs".  As one Amazon.com reviewer warns "Don't read this book while eating because you will choke to death on your food from laughing so hard."

Dave has a thing about Neal Diamond; he hates Diamond's songs like the plague.  In fact the first line of the book is "This book, like so many of the unpleasant things we encounter as we go through life, is Neil Diamond's fault."

If I remember correctly, either "Macarthur Park" or "In the Year 2525" ended up being the most reviled song in the English Language.  Dave was slightly disappointed that the winner (?) wasn't Neal Diamond's "I Am, I Said."

Back on topic, the book contains a wonderful section on misheard lyrics (i.e. "There's a bathroom on the right" from CCR's "Bad Moon Rising").
