    You've got it nailed ...

I did not mention this is my post, having taken up so much space.  However, what does it tell you that this FactCheck.Org e-mail came out today, Monday -- after the Saturday anti-war marches?

Kind of says it all, doesn't it?  I don't believe in coincidences.

quite right.  Factcheck.org is to conveniently ignoring volumes of evidence contrary to the position that they are taking.

In the several months prior to our invasion into Iraq, the Bush Administration received some information contrary to their plan to invade.  Has factcheck.org been through the downingstreetmemo.org web site and weighed and analyzed every shred of evidence that we know about thus far to find which points they agree with whole-heartedly and which they have more questions about?

Several analysts and journalists familiar with CIA operations have reported that Cheney was over there constantly in the months preceding the Iraq War.  If Bolton and Cheney were not interested in shading the intelligence toward an Iraq War-friendly viewpoint, why did Bolton get the CIA intercepts to find out who the analysts were with various viewpoints (e.g. perhaps to give them an intimidation session on how they "should" think?) and what was Cheney doing over at the CIA so often, playing tiddley-winks?
