also for exposing the Democratic Party for being nothing more than the other Pro-Iraq War Party. They need to be wiped off the electoral field.

I hope the people wake up and vote for what is right and stop this idiotic voting for the "lesser evil". Americans who love this country and really want support the troops should have the guts to vote for a party that vows not to send them off to commit murder and be killed in unnecessary wars. That would expose a clear enemy of the people, the Neo-Con Republicans, and once the enemy is isolated and identified, he is easier to defeat.

    Ask any soldier.

    Peace.

I'm trying to figure out who's side you're on.  It's easy to mis-interpret written statements, but I get the feeling I'm not.

beltway Dems who just roll over whenever Rove says boo. Lots of folks feel that way. Not a troll. At least I don't think so.

        for the Democratic Party.

If those implied standards are strict applied, I am definitely a Troll here because I am NEVER going to vote for the Democratic Party ever again.

I am anti-Iraq war while the Party is for this war. I lack the intelligence necessary to understand why more Iraqi children have to be killed and maimed simply because we invaded the wrong country. I cannot see the "bigger picture" and have no understanding of the "geopolitics of this conflict" nor have any idea of how to "win the larger war on terror" but I have a pretty good idea that "staying the course" is not going to win this "war", even if there is such a thing as a "war on terror".

Now, if somebody could tell me why I am wrong........

        •  Very few people here would (none)
disagree with you. There are some who feel we should be responsible for cleaning up the mess we started. "We", meaning "The US", meaning after the GOP implodes we Dems will have to clean up their crap.

That's one point of view and I don't know but I doubt it is the majority position here.

Another is the one Juan Cole gave recently. He gave a brilliant talk on why we should get out now. I like what he said.

Remember, it's all just black and white text here. Hard to tell right off who is who.
