  •  Turnout? (none)
According to BBC, Kurdish turnout was low: "Turnout in the Kurdish north was much lower than expected, between 33% and 66%, the BBC's Jim Muir said, with voters going to vote "in dribs and drabs".

According to NPR All Things Considered, turnout in Kurdish areas was high, with low turnouts in Shiite southern Iraq.

I suppose its possible for the two to be consistent (a Kurdish turnout that was high but lower than expected), but something tells me that nobody really knows what the heck turnout was. I'm not going to trust any early vote predictions (and maybe not the final result either).
