    As Will has pointed out, those who are conservative in any meaningful sense of the term have been quite throroughly abandoned by the GOP leadership. Kristol's pathetic protestations notwithstanding, don't be surprised to see conservatives return that favor.

    If the Republicans stay in power much longer, An Army of One isn't going to be just a slogan.
