    Not to burst anyone's bubble, but it's very likely that the last sample from September erred on the side of being too approving compared to the state.  This month's sample is probably more disapproving than the state as a whole.  You'll have variation like that in a poll with a 4% margin of error (and for those not into polls, that means that if the state's "actual" approval rate were 48%, then 4% margin-of-error polls would
    "accurately" be reporting anywhere from 44% to 52%).  It's a considerable difference.  A few other states on the new SUSA chart have similar inexplicable erratic changes compared with last month's.
