    ... for any of y'all in Colorado, in Xcel Energy service territory (or if you have friends or relatives in metro Denver), now's a great time to sign up and get lower rates.  Who wouldn't want to pay less for electricity while promoting renewables?

    Of course, gas rates could drop, making "conventional" power cheaper again, but the trend with the pricing for Xcel's wind power has been from paying $.025 extra per kilowatt hour at the program's inception, to paying $.01 extra per kilowatt hour today, to paying less for wind starting November 1st.

    Let's get serious about renewables and efficiency. It's time to Win the Oil Endgame.
