    It's essentially the same argument you're making, and it straightforwardly disposes of the issue without the need to get into a philosophical/moral/religious dispute about when life begins.  Plus, it has the immense virtue of (theoretically) dovetailing with the legal philosophy of anyone who thinks that the Constitution's text is actually the most important part of constitutional interpretation.
