    I dispute your statement that persons are not given the right to use other persons' body parts.

      this is the internet, and posts aren't carefully, tighly constructed dissertation quality arguments.  i think it's safe to assume that the unarticulated addition to the argument is "against the other person's will."  people are not allowed to use organs from unwilling donors.  even donors that are dead and don't need the organs themselves.
      •  The Supreme Court (none)
        Has shown much more consideration of women than the initial comment in this thread suggested.  The argument being made goes much too far and advocates an absolutist tone.
