    ..without response, isnt now time for the ACLU to ask the judge to hold Rumsfeld in contempt of court?  Judy Miller's cell is still free as far as I know...

      it's twenty days or twenty business (court) days.  If the latter, don't forget there was a federal holiday in there as well.  I'm thinking it's twenty business days but I don't know for sure.

          where I'm pulling this from...maybe my imagination...but for some reason I think that generally if a time-period is less than 30 days, fed courts usually only count business days...
