    No, despite the fact that he will be, the headlines will read: "Meiers withdraws."


    They deliberately planned this to take the news cycle.  She should have withdrawn days ago.  Why now?  On Fitzmas Eve?

        the indictments are way SEXIER! It's like James Bond shit with a hint of Watergate.

        Most Americans can't be bothered to understand the Supreme Court, but a fucking spy case that threatens to topple the President of the US, that's the stuff of Tom Clancy wet dreams.

          The Media loves a Scandal ..especially a good, juicy if Sex can just be thrown in....that would keep them occupied and not covering SCOTUS as much...
