I looked, and I don't think I have your rendition.

If the Search function gets fixed, I'll be able to retrieve it!

and probably living on several different planets around the universe too

yeah, I think fixing the search function is harder than rocket surgery

    •  Hey, 42-- (none)
Wonderful job.  I remember some of the very early conversations about this and I can't wait to get my copy.

I have two q's-- (Besides, Did I make it in?!  Did ?!)

One, is it possible to pay more for the cookbook?  Each to her blah blah?  It would be interesting to see if there was a range-- $12-$20, where the average would fall.  I know this is worth $20 to me, and I could do the right now.  For some folks, a few bucks off might be meaningful.

Second, This might be a horrendous idea (I have ZERO technical expertise) but if there was a sequel, how hard would it be to make it a web-based cook book, indexed and searchable, that people could add to-- maybe for an annual user fee.  Saves trees, etc.  If that's a horrible idea, please throw recipes in lieu of 2's.

I know there was a lot of discussion on the pricing, and we, and YearlyKos did poll a number of people. The idea was too be fair, but more importantly, to keep it affordable. A range of prices was discussed and subsequently discarded.

The one thing that everyone agreed upon was that extra penny, as it is a fundraiser.!

If you or anyone else wishes to pay more, I am sure a donation to YearlyKos will not be refused. ;)

As to your second question, I have no technical skills either, and owuld not know how to go about that. Whether it is feasible, I do not have the answer there either. Sorry.
