      ...of the Roe decision when the privacy rights can be superseded at some imprecise time, and even before that time restrictions can be imposed as long as they are not subjectively too burdensome.

        but as I said elsewhere this is why Casey's undue burden test makes more sense than Roe's trimester system.

        Dems will fight for a Renewed Deal with the American people.
