    the strict constructionist views the original intent as the truth, not the personal view of the original intent.

    This seemingly undermines the notion of objectivity in the philosophy of a strict constructionist, making it a smokescreen for a conservative personal agenda. If it's his passionate personal view of the Constitution then there is room for doubting the accuracy of his views and the validity of a strict constructionist viewpoint. It seems to further undermine the strict constructionist argument and his ability to separate his passionate conservative personal beliefs from his ability to judge 'impartially'.
