    I didn't see it, unfortunately, but my mom's take was that he dodged all questions about the Dem's platform, that he said we aren't the party in power so we don't need to have that clear just yet, which she thought was a very weak thing to say.   Hopefully that was just her (she is a dyed in the wool Democrat).

      his job, the Democrats wouldn't need a plan.  You don't issue a platform until election year - 2006'.

      If you take yourself too seriously, no one else will.
