  •  My parents have always voted (none)
    PC but they can't stand Harper--he is too right-wing for them. My mother actually voted for Jean Chretien ten or so years ago (although I don't know that Harper was the leader of the Conservatives then). The Conservative Party used to be fairly reasonable. I grew up in Ontario under William Davis and he was no different than a Democrat as far as I can see.

    Bush/Cheney want to stay in Iraq. The question is, why? Answer: 1 superembassy, 14 military bases, and oil.

      Preston, Stockwell and Stephen, the creepy three.

      Manning is (was?) yet another right winger "republic of alberta" type. Another typical idolator of mammon, he was running the reform party when the PCs went into the ground and the more extreme elements rallied (somewhat) around his banner.
