How about a another frame in Iraq. We've helped them hold numerous elections. Why can't our frame be that we are in Iraq to help Iraqis?

    How we can help Iraqis:

    1. Get electricity going, 24 hours a day.
    2. Get fresh water going, 24 hours a day.
    3. Get sewage out of the streets and into treatment plant.
    4. Get oil moving to export, 24 hours a day.
5, Make sure Iraqis can buy oil and gas for their cars and homes.
    1. Make sure every Iraqi who wants one has a job.
    2. Give contractors a set timetable to get the job done or fire them and find new ones.
    3. Make sure anyone in the world can bid on contracts to help build the Iraqi economy.
    4. Make sure every military unit has several Iraqi translators (great jobs for Iraqi!)
    5. Put Iraqis in charge of rebuilding water, sewer and electric services.

The more we help Iraqis, I think, the more other problems will go away. I think the help process  has been muddied by incompetent and unscrupulous U.S. contractors. Let's start holding them responsible.

Remember: Both Bush and Bin Laden refer to their supporters as "the base."
