  •  KTinOHIO...isn't wrong (4.00)
Our state is dark purple. Toledo, Cleveland and Dayton (the biggest group of voting block) is very Blue. The southern part and middle part is Red as an Apple, that includes Columbus and Cincinnati.

In a fair match up our state could go either way right now. But when you apply the GOP/ROVIAN effect then you get the results we've seen in the past five years.

Remember Ohio actually went for Bill Clinton in 92 and 98.

I miss the good ole day's of Bill Clinton...

    •  A few blue cities... (none)
A few blue cities do not make a blue state.  Atlanta is blue as they come.  Nashville and Memphis are blue as it gets.  Same goes for New Orleans, St. Louis, Kansas City, Phoenix, Omaha, Alexandria (VA), Austin, San Antonio, Miami, Charlotte, and Chapel Hill.

Presidential Democrats vying for Ohio is as futile as Republicans vying for Pennsylvania.  In fact, PA and OH were both exact mirror images of each other (in terms of percentage won by party) in both 2004 and 2000. The moral of the story is we're not going to win Ohio absent a national near-mandate (e.g. Clinton). Republicans likewise won't take Pennsylvania absent a national near-mandate (e.g. Reagan).
