I am reminded of a high-school chemistry experiment most of us probably did.  It was called "super saturation."  You take some water and heat it up, then dissolve into it a specific amount of crystalline stuff, like sugar.  Then you cool it down slowly to room temp.  Then, you just add a single crystal to the liquid, then another; at some point, the next particle you add will be the one that pushes the solution beyond its capacity to remain liquid, and instantly, the whole beaker flashes into a solid crystal. Works every time.

Seems to me we are at the heated-solution stage and the IMPEACH signs are like little grains of sugar.  Pretty soon, zing!, we are in a different phase altogether.

A+ on your lab work, Kagro X
