    Hence why Gonzales mentioned new technologies. They are plugging into internet back bone, and sweeping everything. How do u get a warrant for that? I forget the name of the actual program, but its capabilities for being able to sweep huge amounts of data was quite astounding, and that was a few years ago, when I worked for an ISP.
