    just to further my amateur legal scholar clerkship ---

    The intention is generally that a warrant is intended to be used as a tool to answer the issue of whether a search is "unreasonable" or not, right?

    If a warrant is issued - the search and seizure carried out under it is reasonable/legal, correct?

    ...setting aside the issue of challenging the basis of the warrant itself - if a warrant is found to be properly issued, the resulting search and seizure automatically qualifies as "reasonable".
