      But then again, have you ever known a "celebrity" law professor who wouldn't take a podium you offered him?

      What about in "Point/Counterpoint" format?

        do agree that the quoted analysis is unpersuasive, and also factually wanting.  

        As lawyers go he is relatively modest and also a pretty good listener. My contacts with him have been at various philosophy oriented events where he gave papers and discussed various topics related to those papers. I'm not an especially fancy intellectual figure, but he was always humble and interested in what I and others had to say.

         I'm not saying he'd do an interview; just that if he wouldn't it would not be because he is too full of himself.

        Took two courses with him at Chicago, and met with him in his office frequently.  I think Armando overstates things here greatly.
