    It may or may not be a good idea to monitor, say, certain mosques for radioactive material. Is there a problem getting a warrant? Apparlently this surveillance includes entering the homes of American citizens.

    If there is a reason a warrant cannot be obtained? Is there any relevant statute? Is there a body of law? Of precedent?

    Is there any oversight by Congress?

    Is there any oversight by the judiciary?

    In the end, how much does this have to do with radiation, and how much does it have to do with baby steps toward being a police state?
