    to have three branches of government with checks and balances?  If the president can state at a bill signing that he does not feel bound by the bill, and if the judiciary permits this, congress becomes merely a rubber stamp for the president emperor. This statement mentions the constitutional authority of the president and the constitutional limitations on judicial power.  John Yoo and Alberto Gonzalez have convinced Bush that there are no limitations for him and no authority for anyone else.  Alito seems hand picked to promote these views in the Supreme Court.
