    This reminds me of the color-coded index card the GESTAPO used to risk access the German, Polish, and French civilian population.  For example a red card denoted suspected communist and a purple card was a "political grumbler."  History...those who don't remember the history are often condemned to relive the mistakes of the past.

      Thing is, the forgetfulness is willful, and the consequences are not mistakes.  They don't care that American is trending toward totalitarianism.  Team BushCo is only doing whatever it takes to stay in and expand power, consequences be damned.  

      Just because we can, that doesn't mean we should.
