    I want the word "unitary" to be used interchangeably with the word "imperial" when discussed in these Alito hearings!  At least ask Alito to give the reasoning behind choosing such a word!

    I consider the word "unitary" an obfuscating term, in the same purposeful mode as the words "clear skies" being used to name air polluting deregulation of the Republicans/Bush Regime.

      The virtue the Nazis alleged in their Führerprinzip, leadership principle, was that it provided unambiguous authority, thus allowing clear, crisp decisions.
