the wealth class in this country and abroad didn't get first crack at inflection points in the market, based on changing governmental policy or data points gatheedr by governmental agencies...think of all the lawyers, doctors, business owners out there who supplement their already generous incomes to partake of additional laborless (to them) profit accumulation.

They want access to the "low-hanging fruit" as much or more than the policy wonks and staffers in Frist's/DeLay's offices. They will be the first to scream bloody murder when the substantiated allegations are corroborated and positively cross-checked for validity. Frist's and DeLay's offices will be deluged in a wave of calls, letters, and emails from hyper-motivated financial types of all stripes. Then the subpoenas will come crashing in, like aftershocks!

Get the SEC and the Office of New York State Attorney General (Spitzer & Co.) on the case and send these asshats packing to the Federal klink and back under the rocks they crawled from back in Texas and Tennessee...

is an organization that you don't want to have on your tail.  Therefore, I hope that's exactly what happens.
