      •  ever heard of a subpeona ??? (4.00)
not only is there a prayer, but FAILURE to produce the photos under an order by subpeona could result in georgie having to explain WHY the photos were destroyed

        destroying evidence is really BAD

in a civil case, the party found to have destroyed evidence is essentially surrendering the right to object to ANY references to the evidence or the destruction

if the photos existed, and were subsequently destroyed, any lawyer could present evidence to a jury about the photos, and the party that destroyed the photos can't object or offer any evidence aboput the photos at all

        •  Subpoena? like the AbuGhraib torture pics? n/t (4.00)

        •  But you're assuming (none)
FAILURE to produce the photos under an order by subpeona could result in georgie having to explain WHY the photos were destroyed

that Georgie would actually be responsive to a legal order. It's pretty clear by now that if he doesn't like a decision/law/constitution, he just ignores it. And we still haven't figured out how to make him obey the law that he swore to uphold.
