I recently read a very thorough article on the topic and I can't remember where (Mother Jones, American Prospect??) which went through about 12 states which have very restrictive laws right now. Given the makeup of the state politically and religiously these states would be emboldened to become more restrictive.  Requiring abortion clinics to follow the legal requirements of a hospital is a big one.  Most clinics could not afford the expensive equipment(and unecessary)  and would go out of business.  Another requirement would be to allow the state to collect data bases, there is a lot they will do, so don't be too cavalier about this.
