The day the Iraqi Civil War began . . .

as your grandchildren will learn in school.

Any idea why the US was not providing security to such a tempting target? Any idea why the US doesn't seem to have a clue about what's going on and what needs to be done in Iraq?

" 'As of now seven attacks on mosques across Iraq have taken place that resulted in damage to mosques, two Sunni imams (prayer leaders) and one Sunni sheikh were murdered,' Lynch told reporters, playing down the sectarian strife."

Lynch also thinks that, starting tomorrow, the Iraqis will "greet the US as liberators" and throw roses in their path, I suppose?

      any day now!
    •  WHY WASNT THE USA DEFENDING THE MOSQUE? (none)
Maybe the USA wants secterian war.

Today, the war is USA and a few pro USA vs the vast majority who are anti USA. IF the war shifts, the USA can play the sunnis off against the shias much more easily.

Our corporate masters want that iraqi oil. It will only be more valuable in 2010 when most of the Iraqis will be dead if consumers keep consuming.

      Use less, be more.

You will lie to your grandchildren when they ask what you did to prevent climate change.
