    I want "them" to win the war, he says.  Who does this "them" refer to?  Who are "they?"  And what is "their" relation to "us," the collective "we?"

    It really sounds like he's saying he wants the insurgents to win.  Interesting, given how hard he's mashed the "Patriotism = Nationalism" button.

    He still thinks this is a winnable war - for anyone?  No such animal!  (The only person outside of the oil industry who might be getting something out of this is OBL.)
