    as Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for Policy, has been speaking to the press about the P&O sale to DP World.  I bet he was one of the officials involved in the approval of the sale, and it wouldn't surprise me if he was at the CFIUS meeting.

      He and Clay Lowery were two of the members who approved the deal.  I did a diary on it last night and linked it in a prev. comment but here it is
