  •  great find. Just another instance of why (none)
It won't be a happy day when "I told you so!" is able to be said by all of us that have been warning people about the aims of this administration to dismantle civil liberties, only to be dismissed as tinfoil hatters.

Look at the facts.  Use your reason.  Think about what you already know this administration has done.  Do you really think they could allow proper investigation into things they have done in the last 5 years?  Why haven't they released the 2nd stage of the intelligence report about Iraq?  They are war criminals who have lied to invade a sovereign nation, lied to Congress and the American people, have tortured and renditioned people to gulags, set up our own american torture prison, spied on innocent Americans en masse, do you really think they can allow light on their skeletons in the closet?

What would they do if pushed too hard?  Go away?  Resign with their tails between their legs?  Let themselves be impeached?  Let themselves be indicted for violating the Constitutional rights of Americans?  Come out and say, "I'm sorry, we have led this country into a disastrous war and shredded the Constitution over the last few years, our detractors on the left were right all along?"  Or would they start to push harder against dissent?

    Think about that.
