  •  Kerry would be perfect (none)
    Much as I disliked Kerry's campaign, he would be the ideal candidate to put up against McCain.  They actually like each other, and respect each other. It would make for a half-way decent campaign, since the 'war hero' stuff would be off the table.  I know that alot of people think McCain is smarmy, and he certainly has done a lot to justify that view, but I don't think he would sink as low as Rove against a fellow veteran.  On issues, Kerry has him dead cold, because McCain is hedged in by his right.
