  •  Is Denver growing? (none)
Last time I went to Colorado, couple of years ago, everywhere other than Boulder and Aspen was in pretty bad recession.

We had motel owners, restaurant and shop owners all over Colorado trying to sell us their places.

    •  Yes, we're growing (none)
Colorado picked up an EV after the 2000 census and may pick up another after 2010.  Denver's city population grew by about 60,000 between 1990 and 2000 and the metro pop is now nearing 3 million.
    •  Things are improving (none)
The economy is growing again.  IT jobs are picking up again.  That
was one of the major sources of recession -locally.   A big snow
season in the mountains is helping tourism this year.  Who knows
what the economy (locally and nationally) will be like after 2 more years of QuackerMcChimp.
Here is a good summary of the Denver Economy and a look forward to the next few years.
