    Albeit, in our 'can you reduce that to a sound byte' world I'm not sure how many folks have the fortitude to slug through them.

    In essence this post illuminates the fact that conservatives identify more strongly with a defined pecking order than with social equality.

    Some may cry foul but this is essentially the divide.

    Liberals believe all people are created equal while conservative thought runs towards the idea of not questioning your lot in life, you are where you deserve to be...a misguided notion I heartily disagree with.

    Parties divide, movements unite.

      The empirical evidence is everywhere, in public opinion research, empirical studies of sample populations, and most of all, in the literature of conservative theorists.

      What's different about SDT is the degree of cohence it provides for understanding how this works.
