          consider that the Dems are far away from being able to even get anything this partisan out of committee - the best we can do is to lay the groundwork, establish a line in the sand by demonstrating what the Dems would do should Conyers become the Chair...thanks for getting the resolution text out.

            Anyone can file a resolution.  So what if it languishes in committee.  A shot needs to be fired across the bow of the ship of state.  A message needs to be sent:  breaking the law has consequences.
