I can't think of a better way to say it. Up is down, black is white, wrong is right.

if anything, the Constitution would seem to support the argument that FISA is unconstitutional, not because it takes away from the President's inherent wartime powers, but because it unconstitutionally gives the Executive Branch powers which have been constitutionally delegated to the Congress (Article I anyone?)

in fact, i believe this was the primary Republican argument during Clinton's presidency, including a primary basis for their impeachment argument.

but apparently, i haven't been watching enough fair and balanced media, because i don't care about life, which has resulted in my totally disregarding the rule of law, and being a loony extremist prone to ad hominem attacks instead of any ability to use logic.

is the NSA listening to all conversations?

has it been doing it for decades?

do y'all really think the goventment wasnt spying on us illegally under clinton?

i was arrested and harrassed many times during peaceable assemblies (first amendment) during the clinton years, (and under bush).

seems if you are against our nations past and present violent acts you can be jailed and followed no matter who is president.

You will lie to your grandchildren when they ask what you did to prevent climate change.
