    of the church.  Yes, the Anglican church is less populous and not authoritarian, but rather has a representative government.

    Obviously he does not dictate as does the Vatican.  To me that's a good thing.  But he is the top of the clergy.  And to someone who may never have heard of the Archbishop of Canterbury, yes, you can say "equivalent."  Equivalent is not "equal."

      Canerbury does not even have authority over Archbishop of York in England
